Support us

As an independent organisation with no public funding, Selene relies on the generosity of our supporters to achieve our artistic ambitions – enabling live performances across the UK, recordings, commissions, and pathbreaking creative collaborations.

Since its birth within two ancient Oxford choral foundations in 2021, Selene has appeared at St Martin-in-the-Fields and the Three Choirs Festival, and released two albums to critical acclaim, with nine world-premiere recordings of hauntingly beautiful sacred music unheard for over 500 years. And we have exciting plans for the next stage of our development.

for as little as £3/month

If you would like to become part of our story, become a Friend of Selene to give regularly, or make a one-off donation. Your support directly funds our signature Eton Choirbook project, concert appearances across the UK, and essential administration costs without which no Selene project could ever take shape.

As a Friend of Selene, you'll receive exclusive/early access to recordings and videos, access to open rehearsals, and opportunities to connect with Selene and Daniel Gilchrist and get closer to what we do.

Friends of Selene is hosted by donation platform Zeffy – feel free to opt out of the voluntary platform charge (at check-out).

Thank you so much for supporting the future of early music vocal performance in UK – we really couldn't do it without you!
